Calling all budding young writers (aged 8-12) with a warrior tale to tell!

Join local author, Meredith Downes, as she takes you through how to create fierce warrior characters and what goes into telling their stories. Meredith will talk about “Liam the Chid & the Kangaroo Warriors”, her new novel for kids about an echidna who must go on a perilous journey to find the great kangaroo warriors and learn their secret fighting arts! Then, she will help you create your own warrior story with character building, writing games and instructions on how to put together your first epic fight scene!

Cost is $15 (includes $5 towards a copy of "Liam the Chid" in store)
